Remember that TAPPI’s Commercialism and Antitrust Policies will be enforced at Tissue 2018, meaning that company names are permitted once and brand names, logos and slogans should be excluded.

You may also submit a technical paper to accompany your poster. All technical papers and posters are subject to peer review and must comply with TAPPI antitrust and commercialism guidelines.

TAPPI Antitrust & Commercialism Guidelines

Unlike many other conferences, presenters at TAPPI/RISI Tissue must have their presentation reviewed to ensure talks are in line with TAPPI’s antitrust and commercialism policies. Attendees at industry events in the US are becoming increasingly sensitive to antitrust compliance at face to face meetings. These policies protect the author, the industry, and TAPPI. Therefore, we remind all authors to follow these guidelines in your presentation slides.
